Fresh sourdough bread (it is best if the crust is well baked)
3 figs
Fresh goat’s cheese
Honey
How to prepare
- Slightly toast the bread slice, just so that it is a little bit golden 
- Spread the fresh goat’s cheese (the goal is to have 1-2mm layer) 
- Slice the figs and arrange them on the toast. 
- Drizzle with honey and enjoy!
