ingredients

1 serving

Fresh sourdough bread (it is best if the crust is well baked)

3 figs

Fresh goat’s cheese

Honey


How to prepare

  1. Slightly toast the bread slice, just so that it is a little bit golden

  2. Spread the fresh goat’s cheese (the goal is to have 1-2mm layer)

  3. Slice the figs and arrange them on the toast.

  4. Drizzle with honey and enjoy!
