yoghurt,figs and honey

Quick, easy and super delicious, this is your perfect companion for a quick breakfast or an afternoon snack (it’s even super easy to quickly prepare on the go). Just pair it with a warm cup of coffee and you will offer yourself a sweet and healthy moment.


ingredients

4 servings

1 tablespoon of walnuts

4 teaspoons of honey

2 cups plein greek yoghurt

8 fresh figs


How to prepare

  1. Break the walnuts. It is best to do it in halves in order to keep the most of the taste, but even smaller pieces is fine. Just make sure not to crush them completely.

  2. Take the yoghurt out of the fridge and with a tablespoon serve it into bowls.

  3. Cut the figs in quarters and put them on top of the yoghurt. Add the crushed walnuts.

  4. Drizzle with honey.

  5. Enjoy!
