The passion road to fine cuisine.

Ever so often it happens that we have a passion in life, which goes beyond what one would call simply a “hobby”. This is what cooking is for Rossitza, who abandoned a stable and prestigious job in order to learn the ins and outs of fine cuisine and join the ranks of the oh so famous French chefs. Even though her formal training starts in September, her talent is already showing clearly. I had the chance to spend some time with her while she was preparing a typical Mediterranean dish, but of course with a twist - grilled eggplant on a bed of sun tomatoes, topped with bulgur and chickpeas.
