Italian gastronomy…the french way

To me, Massimo Bottura’s "book “Never Trust a Skinny Italian Chef” is just a masterpiece, combining a poetic expression of the love for gastronomy, moving personal experiences and incredible photographic representation of the emotions through food.

I felt inspired to re-create classical Italian recipes, adding a bit of a French or Balkan (yes I am actually from there) flair, while still following the spirit and the photographic style in Bottura’s book.
