a symbol of Hope

Unfortunately often very quickly when coming of age we lose the sense of hope. We are though to be “realistic” and “down to Earth”, always to be prepared for the worst.

Lemons are considered to be the ultimate symbol of hope. It carries with it the sun rays and the memory of summer. It reminds us, even in the darkest and coldest days of winter, that better days are coming. It’s warm outer colour and fresh inside are our best allay in our combat of not giving up.
